7-DAY NAIL REPAIR POLICY

If you experience any issues with your gel polish, gel extensions, or other nail services within 7 days of your appointment, please contact us for a repair.

 

REPAIR HOURS & APPOINTMENTS

Repairs are available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday before 4:00 PM.
Phone appointments are required. Walk-ins and online bookings for repairs are not accepted.
If you are unable to return during our regular repair hours within the 7-day period, please text us a photo of the damaged nail(s). Our team will review the issue and arrange an appointment for you.
For urgent repair requests, please call us directly.

PLEASE NOTE:

Everyone’s natural nails are different. Nail growth, lifestyle, daily activities, and individual nail conditions can affect how long your manicure lasts. We cannot guarantee a specific wear time.
Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem so we can assist you within the 7-day repair period.
Specialty finishes, including chrome, metallic, and other decorative effects, may be more prone to chipping, peeling, or wearing off depending on the product and daily use. Please consider this before choosing these finishes.
