Return & Refund Policy
All services are final and non-refundable once completed.
Due to the nature of our services and hygiene standards, refunds cannot be issued for completed services.
If you have any concerns regarding your service, please inform our team before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to address the issue at that time.
Retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with a valid receipt.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

APPOINTMENTS
a. Booking in advance is always suggested. Walk-ins are accepted upon availability. Please book your appointments online through our website and make sure to select a technician. It's possible that the technician may be different from the one you initially booked unless you specifically request their service. If you are unable to select a technician during the booking process, it means we don't have any available slots with that technician. In such cases, please refrain from making a booking as you may not receive the services when you arrive. Additionally, please ensure that all your information is accurate. We will send a confirmation after you have successfully booked your appointments.
b. For waxing appointments, please ensure that you have not shaved your hair for at least two weeks prior to your appointment. Otherwise, the hair may not be able to be removed as desired.
c. We recommend that you wear open-toe shoes or bring a pair of slippers with you when you book pedicure services.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the service deposit, if applicable.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule in order to respect the time of other guests and our service providers. Any deposit may be forfeited.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
